One of its constituents is tadalafil, which belongs to the group of medications known as phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Tadalafil increases blood flow to the penis, which helps achieve a firm erection when sexually stimulated. Men love this medicine because it makes it easier for them to get and maintain an erection. After intake, it usually starts to work 30 to 60 minutes later and lasts for up to 36 hours. Take the medicine with a glass of water, either with or without food. The effects are more pronounced if you take it without food, though. Take it before you do anything sexual. Only take the medication as directed by a physician.
